This Zennova house is located in a central part of the city, where you will find historical monuments. In the neighborhood you will come in contact with friendly and helpful people who will offer you services such as coffee, food, pharmacy, parking, supermarket.
It is located near the famous Ladadika area, with easy access to the shopping center of Thessaloniki and all the city's attractions.
Our apartment accommodates up to 6 people, has three bedrooms with queen size beds.
There is the central living room with a dining area for the comfort of your team.
Free access to wireless internet during your stay and a TV in the living room, for hours of relaxation.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you want, such as filter coffee maker, kettle, microwave & electric cooker.
The apartment is fully refurbished in 2020, with special care and quality equipment, and you will enjoy the high quality 100% cotton bed linen and towels as well as premium toiletries.
In our accommodation priority is to ensure the health of you and our people. For these reason , Covid-19 tests are performed and all instructions from the Ministry Of Health in Greece for your safe stay are followed exactly.
More specifically , before each stay, disinfect the accommodation with a special stem machine three times during its preparation, the first time as soon as the previous booking has left, the second after the hotel equipment has been removed and the third after it has been thoroughly cleaned and prepared with the professionally cleaned equipment. The house is then sealed, and no one enters except the bookers.
Your host stays outside the house and is with you to help you with any questions but also to suggest you the beauties of the area.
There are shops, grocery stores, restaurants and easy public transport.
We kindly ask you to:
respect the non-smoking policy.
Take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered altogether in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located under the apartment.
keep it quiet during :
15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 – 07:00 (1/4 – 30/9)
15:30 – 17:30 and 22:00 – 07:30 (1/10 – 31/3).
save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open.

- House rules
1. Check in / Check out times
Your accommodation is available after 03.00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on day of departure.
Check-in time is from 03.00pm to 07.00 pm. In case of flight delays or inconvenience while travelling, clients should contact us at the earliest. We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check outs unless confirmed by us in advance.
For check-in after 7pm a minimum fee of EUR 20 and after 11.30pm a minimum fee of EUR 40 is payable locally.
The maid, gardener, pool man need this time to prepare the accommodation properly for incoming guests. Although you are not required to vacate your property before 11am please be aware that staff may arrive before this time.
2. Party Size
The holiday properties may only be occupied by the number of persons in the travel registration. Children count as persons. Property owners or their agents reserve the right to refuse admittance if this condition is not observed.
Entertainment parties and functions involving a large amount of invitees are strictly prohibited unless fully approved by Zennova in advance and notified to us (venue fees may apply). Should you make an unauthorised use of the property in such a way, Zennova has the right to ask all guests to vacate the property immediately and your security deposit will be fully forfeited until all applicable claims are fully assessed by the owner.
3. Insurance Requirements
Holiday and travel Insurance, including cancellation cover, is essential for your own protection and we strongly recommend that you and all members of your party be suitably insured. If you choose to travel without adequate holiday insurance, we will not be liable for any losses however arising in respect of which insurance cover would otherwise have been available.
4. On Arrival
Immediately upon arrival at your holiday home please familiarize yourself with the layout of the property and identify any potential hazards e.g. unexpected steps, slippery surfaces, pool depths etc.
Pets are welcome at some of our properties. Please ask.
6. Swimming Poll
The swimming pool, when available, will be kept clean and operational by the property staff. If your rental period is before 15 June or after 15 September, please check with us if the swimming pool is operational. Some but not all properties will provide pool towels for guests use. Beach towels are usually not provided
7. Cooking Service
Most properties do not provide cook service unless specified otherwise. Should you require a private cook or a caterer, please advise us at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee availability at any time but we will do our utmost to satisfy your request. All quoted charges will need to be prepaid at the time of booking the specified extra service.
Please note that we must be informed if a third party caterer has access to the house at any time.
The maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning standards, we require immediate written notice upon arrival at the villa. The cleaner will return within 24 hours to rectify and clean any aspect which may have been overlooked.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The validity, construction and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by Greek Law. The Applicants and the Tenants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Greek courts.
10. Blue Pencil Test
Should one of the above terms be or become ineffective, the remaining terms retain their validity. The effectiveness of the travel contract as a whole remains unaffected.
- Cancellation Policy
1. CANCELLATION BY YOU
It is agreed between us that should you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking, or that the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment, then we shall be entitled the amount that will appear on your booking confirmation.
-Security deposit will be fully refunded.
2. CANCELLATION OR ALTERATIONS BY US
Although it is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it could occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide you with the property you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer to a similar or better property. However, if this is not possible or you do not wish to be transferred, we will cancel the booking and refund the amount paid to us for the property, but we will not be liable for any cancellation charges for travel arrangements.
