The biggest International musical festival in Halkidiki! For 26 years now, Sani Festival’s main aspiration is to open up bridges of communication between tourism and the arts, between Greek and foreign tourists. There is one language we all share, that of the arts and of innovation, placing before the public important artists and performers who are either visiting Greece for the first time or offering us an exclusive opportunity to enjoy their latest creation. Their duty -in respect to the audience- is to defend high standards of quality in the arts and entertainment, to advance the cause of culture and communication between natives and foreign visitors. As part of the above and despite the fact that Sani Festival’s identity is an international music festival, for its 2018 edition, we take a step further and broaden its perspectives into other forms of performing arts, like modern dance, music theatre. Traditional Food
Pastries Both the traditional and modern bakeries of Halkidiki create unique bread products and pastries. The hard wheat, which is cultivated in great areas in Halkidiki and is rich in proteins, amino acids, vitamins and rich acids, is used as the raw material. All over the region one can see the traditional windmills, which were developed for milling grain for food production. There are remains of windmills and watermills in: Kassandria, Ormylia, Sykia (since 1840), Metaghitsi, Galatista. Honey Halkidiki Halkidiki is the motherland of beekeeping. With over 6,500 beekeepers (32% of the country’s total production) and 1,910 tons of production of high quality honey, annually, Halkidiki may be called the centre of beekeeping in Greece. 2,300 years ago, Aristotle, praised the honey and its benefits to man supporting that it prolongs life. Today the area’s beekeepers respect the tradition and exploit the rich fauna of Kassandra, Sithonia and North Halkidiki, in the most pure way by producing great quantities of quality honey of a high nutritional value. Cheese products: Thanks to the climate and soil conditions, the region's flora and the powerful tradition in cattle breeding, Halkidiki produces high quality products. The traditional cheese of Halkidiki is produced from pure goat milk and has an increased content of protein. With respect to tradition, the cattle breeders of Halkidiki produce significant quantities of goat cheese. Production areas: Central and South Halkidiki. Olive oil & Olives: The olive tree is indigenous. It has always been contributing to the local economy. In ancient times, the oil had many uses, from lighting to lubrication. Thanks to its mild climate and morphology, Halkidiki produces oil and olives that stand out for their special taste and quality. The olive trees of Halkidiki are cultivated without chemical interventions. The olives are rich in organic characteristics (substances which are necessary for the operation of the human body)

Pefkochori is one of the most developed resort areas of Kassandra and entire Halkidiki, combining beautiful nature, organized beaches, and exceptional climate with all prerequisites for a relaxing vacation. House rules
1. Check in / Check out times
Your accommodation is available after 3.00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on day of departure.
Check-in time is from 3.00pm to 7pm. In case of flight delays or inconvenience while travelling, clients should contact us at the earliest. We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check outs unless confirmed by us in advance.

The maid, gardener, pool man need this time to prepare the accommodation properly for incoming guests. Although you are not required to vacate your property before 11am please be aware that staff may arrive before this time.
2. Party Size
The holiday properties may only be occupied by the number of persons in the travel registration. Children count as persons. Property owners or their agents reserve the right to refuse admittance if this condition is not observed.
Entertainment parties and functions involving a large amount of invitees are strictly prohibited unless fully approved by Zennova in advance and notified to us (venue fees may apply). Should you make an unauthorised use of the property in such a way, Zennova has the right to ask all guests to vacate the property immediately and your security deposit will be fully forfeited until all applicable claims are fully assessed by the owner.
3. Insurance Requirements
Holiday and travel Insurance, including cancellation cover, is essential for your own protection and we strongly recommend that you and all members of your party be suitably insured. If you choose to travel without adequate holiday insurance, we will not be liable for any losses however arising in respect of which insurance cover would otherwise have been available.
4. On Arrival
Immediately upon arrival at your holiday home please familiarize yourself with the layout of the property and identify any potential hazards e.g. unexpected steps, slippery surfaces, pool depths etc.
5. Pets
Pets are welcome at some of our properties. Please ask.
6. Swimming Poll
The swimming pool, when available, will be kept clean and operational by the property staff. If your rental period is before 15 June or after 15 September, please check with us if the swimming pool is operational. Some but not all properties will provide pool towels for guests use. Beach towels are usually not provided
7. Cooking Service
Most properties do not provide cook service unless specified otherwise. Should you require a private cook or a caterer, please advise us at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee availability at any time but we will do our utmost to satisfy your request. All quoted charges will need to be prepaid at the time of booking the specified extra service.
Please note that we must be informed if a third party caterer has access to the house at any time.
8. Cleaning
The maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning standards, we require immediate written notice upon arrival at the villa. The cleaner will return within 24 hours to rectify and clean any aspect which may have been overlooked.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The validity, construction and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by Greek Law. The Applicants and the Tenants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Greek courts.
10. Blue Pencil Test
Should one of the above terms be or become ineffective, the remaining terms retain their validity. The effectiveness of the travel contract as a whole remains unaffected.

Cancellation Policy
1. CANCELLATION BY YOU
It is agreed between us that should you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking, or that the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment, then we shall be entitled the amount that will appear on your booking confirmation.
-Security deposit will be fully refunded.
2. CANCELLATION OR ALTERATIONS BY US
Although it is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it could occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide you with the property you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer to a similar or better property. However, if this is not possible or you do not wish to be transferred, we will cancel the booking and refund the amount paid to us for the property, but we will not be liable for any cancellation charges for travel arrangements.
